When the teaching model becomes the bottleneck
You may be an excellent teacher of Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga, meditation, martial arts or another mind-body discipline—yet still struggle with inconsistent enrollment, student attrition, low tuition ceilings and dependence on a limited local market. The problem may not be the quality of your teaching. It may be the limitations of the teaching model itself.
Productizing your teaching does not necessarily solve the problem. Sales and marketing may still feel uncomfortable, returns can remain weak, online learning changed dramatically after COVID, and AI has made information abundant.
